Content Design. UX Writing.

Hi there! I’m Rebecca, an experienced content designer with a focus on well-researched, accessible and data-driven experiences that lead your users exactly where you want them.
2025 / Mobile
Credit Keeper got a facelift with this project. We brought it through several iterations of design, user labs and a design sprint to ultimately get great feedback, make improvements, and launch it to 100 per cent of our customers in 2025.

2023 / WWW
I’m currently working with product designers to create Capital One’s design system, starting with our website. My contributions have aided in making this design system include fully accessible, SEO optimized designs in quick sequence – leading to an incredible lift in customer acquisitions on Capital One’s benchmark product. As a part of this, I’ve also created robust documentation of all of our content for maximum efficiency, consistency and communication across dev and design teams.
2023 / Mobile
In collaboration with product designers, I worked on more than 100 projects on Capital One Canada’s mobile app. We brought many of these projects through design sprints, user research and validations to ensure the best possible version of all mobile products are in market today.

Accessibility standards
I know the ins-and-outs of WCAG 2.1.1 and communicate those content standards clearly to product designers and developers alike.
Information architecture
I have daily experience in Information Architecture, as well as years of experience wire-framing websites and applications.
Figma
I use Figma daily in order to work closely with product and UX designers in order to ensure both content and design are working holistically.
User research
I ensure all content decisions are backed by user research and strong data before launching at full scale.
These are just some of the top Canadian and global brands who have trusted me with their work.
One aspect of Rebecca’s approach that I found particularly commendable was her test-and-learn mindset. She consistently advocated for experimenting with different messaging strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize content performance. This test-and-learn approach resulted in measurable improvements, reinforcing her commitment to achieving tangible and impactful results.
