Introducing our design system for our website has allowed us to create fully accessible, SEO optimized designs in quick sequence – leading to an incredible lift in customer acquisitions on Capital One’s benchmark product. This also included the creation of global content keys for maximum efficiency, consistency and communication across dev and design teams.

A well-rounded approach to content design

Accessibility standards

I know the ins-and-outs of WCAG 2.1.1 and communicate those content standards clearly to product designers and developers alike.

Information architecture

I have daily experience in Information Architecture, as well as years of experience wire-framing websites and applications.

Figma

I use Figma daily in order to work closely with product and UX designers in order to ensure both content and design are working holistically.

User research

I ensure all content decisions are backed by user research and strong data before launching at full scale.
