My approach to content design

Accessibility standards

I know the ins-and-outs of WCAG 2.1.1 and communicate those content standards clearly to product designers and developers alike.

Information architecture

I have daily experience in Information Architecture, as well as years of experience wire-framing websites and applications.

Tooling/AI

I use best-in-class tools including AI such as Figma Make, Claude Code and Gemini to create content design systems and markdown files.

User research

I ensure all content decisions are backed by user research and strong data before launching at full scale.

What people are saying about me

One aspect of Rebecca’s approach that I found particularly commendable was her test-and-learn mindset. She consistently advocated for experimenting with different messaging strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize content performance. This test-and-learn approach resulted in measurable improvements, reinforcing her commitment to achieving tangible and impactful results.
